? Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order management operations using Oracle.
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve order-related queries.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales order processing and order fulfilment.
- Monitor order status, modifications, cancellations and pending requests.




- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor SLA, KPI, productivity and quality metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Drive process improvements and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Support team members with process-related queries and operational challenges.
- Oversee service delivery, team performance and client expectations.

? Ideal Candidate
- Robust hands-on experience in Oracle Order Management and Inbound Calling.
- Good understanding of order processing and customer operations.
- Experience in managing customer escalations and stakeholder communication.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage team performance, service delivery and process improvements.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period preferred.
