Oracle Transport Management (OTM) Specialist

Summary

We are seeking an experienced qualified to lead and execute comprehensive Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) initiatives within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role involves managing the full spectrum of OTM implementations, from initial planning through to deployment and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain dynamics, ensuring that technological solutions effectively streamline complex transportation operations.

By leveraging expertise in Agile methodologies and system integrations, this position plays a critical part in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the organization's strategic supply chain goals.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage end-to-end OTM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.

- Apply Agile and DevOps practices to facilitate continuous improvement, rapid deployment, and robust system maintenance.

- Analyze and optimize logistics and supply chain processes to drive cost efficiency and service excellence.





- Design and execute web services and system integrations to ensure seamless data flow between OTM and external platforms.

- Utilize Integration Manager and BI Publisher tools to configure reports, dashboards, and data exchange mechanisms.

- Provide high-level production support, troubleshooting, and configuration management to maintain system stability and performance.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Proven experience with full lifecycle Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations.

- Strong proficiency in Agile frameworks and DevOps principles within a software delivery context.

- Solid background in logistics operations and supply chain management processes.

- Expertise in developing and managing web services and complex system integrations.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Manager and BI Publisher for reporting and configuration tasks.

- Demonstrated capability in OTM production support, including system configuration, issue resolution, and performance tuning.

- Industry experience in IT Services with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant work history.
