Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll for clients across various industries.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs using Oracle Fusion HCM technology.

- Provide technical guidance on system configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM projects.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables by managing project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

Job Requirements :

- 8-12 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Advantages & Payroll).

- Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, benefits administration, payroll processing etc. .

- Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems like Oracle EBS/Fusion is required.
