- Configure Absence Management plans, types, and eligibility rules.

- Work on time entry layouts, time cards, and time calculation rules.

- Configure time processing profiles and approval workflows.

- Manage absence types, accrual plans, and absence certifications.

- Configure absence approval rules and eligibility criteria.

- Work on HCM Extracts, Quick Formulas, and HDL.

- Integrate OTL with Oracle Payroll.

- Handle functional testing, UAT, and production support.

- Gather business requirements and prepare functional documentation.
