Role overview

Role will involve like Deal Solutions & GDC Transition Manager to owns the SoW and transition documentation for setting up our Global Delivery Center (GDC). The role writes and coordinates RFP responses, Statements of Work (SoW), the governance SoW, and the partner transition plan that moves services from incumbent partners into the recent Partner for consolidating for ODC/GDC.

Key responsibilities:

RFP / RFI response

- Run end-to-end RFP and RFI responses for GDC services: bid calendar, compliance matrix, question allocation, reviews and final submission.

- Write solution narratives, delivery model, staffing and transition approach sections.

- Coordinate inputs from solution architects, finance, HR, legal, procurement and delivery leads.

- Draft clarification questions and support orals, presentations and BAFO rounds.

Statement of Work (SoW)

- Draft SoWs covering scope, in/out-of-scope services, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies and acceptance criteria.

- Define commercial constructs (T&M;, fixed price, managed service, outcome-based) with finance.

- Specify SLAs, KPIs, service credits and earn-backs.





- Manage redlines and negotiation with legal and procurement; keep version control and an issues log.

- Align SoWs with the MSA, change control and invoicing terms.

Governance SoW

- Design the governance model: strategic, tactical and operational tiers with roles, forums and cadence (steering committee, QBRs, monthly service reviews, weekly ops).

- Define RACI, escalation matrix, decision rights and dispute resolution.

- Set the reporting framework: SLA/KPI dashboards, risk and issue registers, audit and compliance reviews.

- Document change request, contract variation and continuous-improvement processes.

Partner transition plan

- Work with Partner for Building the transition plan from incumbent partners/vendors to the GDC: due diligence, knowledge transfer (KT), shadow and reverse-shadow phases, parallel run and steady-state cutover.

- Define entry/exit criteria and quality gates for each phase.

- Plan people transition (rebadging or hiring ramp), tools and access, asset and contract novation.

- Maintain transition risk register, mitigation plans and rollback options.

- Track milestones and report status to the steering committee.
