Job Title: Oracle EPBCS Consultant

We are looking for experienced Oracle EPBCS Consultants to join our team at Telemax Communications. The ideal candidates should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), including implementation, development, integrations, and application support.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and support Oracle EPBCS applications.
- Configure and implement Planning modules, including:
- Workforce Planning
- Capital Planning
- Financials Planning
- Projects Planning
- Strategic Modeling
- Develop Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, and Groovy Rules.
- Build and maintain Metadata, Dimensions, Forms, Dashboards, and Task Lists.
- Configure and manage Data Management / Data Exchange.
- Develop integrations using EPM Automate, REST APIs, and FDMEE/Data Management.
- Create and maintain reports using Financial Reporting (FR), Management Reporting, Smart View, and Narrative Reporting (preferred).
- Perform application migration using Lifecycle Management (LCM).
- Support month-end activities, budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective EPM solutions.
- Troubleshoot application performance and data reconciliation issues.
- Participate in full lifecycle implementations, enhancements, and support projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM / EPBCS.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS Planning modules.
- Good knowledge of Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, and Groovy Rules.
- Experience with EPM Automate and REST API integrations.
- Knowledge of FDMEE / Data Management and Data Exchange.
- Experience with Smart View, Financial Reporting, and Management Reporting.
- Knowledge of Lifecycle Management (LCM).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Narrative Reporting.
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle EPBCS implementation projects.
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
