Summary We are seeking a Sr. BI Specialist/Principal BI Specialist for a leading global organization to ensure the reliable and controlled operation of the UK&I; Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) / Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) environment and supporting Management Information Data Warehouse. You will provide hands-on technical and operational ownership across OBI/OAS, manage ETL processes, validate data accuracy, and drive BI enhancements.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational ownership of the Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) / Oracle Analytics (OAS) environment, monitoring scheduled data loads, platform availability, usage, and performance.
- Monitor ETL processes, identify incomplete or failed processing, conduct regular data-quality audits, and investigate production issues in collaboration with Technology and delivery partners.
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance OBI dashboards and Management Information reports to meet dynamic business requirements and improve self-service capabilities.
- Administer OBI user access, roles, and permissions while ensuring appropriate data security controls and supporting access-management automation.
- Provide technical leadership for strategic MI initiatives, data architecture redesign, activity-to-fee mapping, and continuous process improvement to transition manual reporting to scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Strong relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Management Information, data warehousing, and enterprise reporting environments with hands-on expertise in OBI / OAS.
- Robust understanding of data warehouse architecture, relational databases, data models,
and positive hands-on SQL capability for data investigation.
- Practical experience in monitoring/troubleshooting ETL processes, performing data reconciliations, integrity checks, and data-quality audits.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and enhance enterprise BI dashboards, resolve production reporting issues, and administer BI user access and permissions.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, Technology teams, and external delivery partners.
