Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) Consultants with strong expertise in implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of Oracle EPM ARCS applications.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Hands-on experience in Oracle ARCS implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of Reconciliation Compliance (RC) and Transaction Matching (TM) modules.
- Experience in RC module, including data loads, auto-reconciliation rules, workflow management, and adjustments.
- Experience in TM module, including data loads, match types, and rules.
- End-to-end ARCS implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of reconciliation formats, methods, and compliance best practices.
- Experience with currency translations in ARCS.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations (inbound and outbound).




- Working knowledge of Smart View for ARCS.
- Good knowledge of SQL and BI Publisher (BIP) for custom report development.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional specifications.
- Experience conducting user training and client workshops.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of relevant Oracle EPM experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle ARCS.
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively with business stakeholders.
