We are looking for an experienced EXIM skilled with hands-on expertise in DGFT licensing, Advance Authorisation, EPCG and export-import compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Advance Licence applications for SION and No Norms products.
- Manage EPCG and DFIA licence applications, export obligation monitoring and redemption.
- Handle licence invalidation, enhancement, clubbing and closure.
- Coordinate with DGFT, Customs and DRI authorities for licensing and policy-related matters.
- Manage export-import documentation, including Shipping Bills and Bills of Entry.
- Monitor export obligations, import entitlements and licence utilisation.
- Handle Brand Rate Drawback applications and follow-ups.
- Prepare EXIM MIS reports and coordinate with Purchase, Finance and Plant teams.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT policies and Foreign Trade Regulations.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of DGFT procedures and Foreign Trade Policy.
- Hands-on experience in Advance Authorisation, SION, No Norms, EPCG and DFIA.
- Experience in DGFT liaison, licence redemption and export obligation monitoring.
- Knowledge of Customs procedures, EXIM documentation and Brand Rate Drawback.
