Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

- Serve as the dedicated PMO for client stakeholders, owing the relationship end to end.

- Coordinate programs across workstreams, tracking plans, actions, risks and dependencies.

- Act as scrum master when needed, running agile ceremonies and bridging customers and delivery teams.

- Deliver crisp status reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.

- Drive open items to closure independently, using project data to support reporting and decision-making.

Required Skills & Attributes:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Energetic, with solid presence and drive.

- Self-starter who works independently with minimal direction.

- Strong coordination skills, comfortable aligning and following up across multiple stakeholders.

- Working knowledge of data science and analytics, enough to engage credibly with analytics teams and act as scrum master. Deep hands-on expertise is not required
