- Operate and monitor automatic/semi-automatic capsule filling machines.
- Perform capsule filling operations as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Handle machine setup, changeover, cleaning and operation.
- Monitor capsule weight variation, locking, filling accuracy and appearance.
- Ensure production activities are carried out as per GMP guidelines and SOPs.
- Perform in-process checks during capsule manufacturing.
- Maintain production records, logbooks and equipment usage records.
- Identify machine abnormalities and coordinate with the maintenance department.
- Ensure proper material handling and minimize product wastage.
- Follow safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards in the production area.
