- Support Omio’s manual fulfillment workflows by converting customer booking requests into completed rail bookings, for providers where API integration is unavailable. Examples of such providers are Thai Railways, Lake Como, NSW Australia etc. The job requires that each request is handled accurately, securely, and within defined SLA. Customers should be able to book tickets, receive confirmation, cancel tickets and obtain their travel information through Omio channels.
- The role also requires the operator to manually map airports, train/bus/ferry stations across the world to their best known locations on the map. Tools like Google maps, Here Maps, Waze, OpenStreeMaps etc are to be used in conjunction with Omio’s internal tools.




- Monitor the booking/cancelation/modification request queues and process requests in line with agreed operating hours, priorities, and SLA.
- Validate journey details, passenger information, fare availability, booking rules, and payment readiness.
- Complete manual bookings via the approved provider website or fulfilment channel using Omio-approved tools, accounts, and virtual card controls.
- Upload tickets, booking references, receipts, screenshots, and required fulfilment evidence into Omio systems.
- Update status so customers receive the correct confirmation, cancellation, or follow-up communication in the app and by email.
- Escalate failed bookings, price changes, sold-out cases, payment/VCC issues, suspected fraud, and unclear customer-impacting scenarios.
- Follow data protection, payment security, access-control, and audit requirements when handling customer and virtual card information.
- Track exceptions and recurring issues, and contribute to SOP improvements, automation ideas, and quality checks.
- Search for stations/airports/bus-stops etc. in tools like Google maps and other mapping providers and add these stations to Omio’s database through internal tools.
- Generate reports of progress, success, failures etc and monitor task completion status on a regular basis.
- Take up other tasks, as per the team’s requirements to achieve business critical outcomes. These tasks require working with information,



data, systems and tools used in Omio.
