About the Role

Looking for a result-oriented and experienced Manager – Collection Operation to lead our B2B collection strategy, client relationship management, and operations execution.

In this middle-management role, you will be responsible for streamlining B2B collection processes, managing key corporate client relationships, driving team performance, and providing data-backed analytical reports to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collection Strategy & Execution Formulate and implement end-to-end B2B collection strategies to optimize debt recovery timelines and minimize aging portfolios.

Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets are consistently met.

2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, handling high-value receivables and complex B2B queries professionally.





Drive effective resolution of billing disputes and settlement negotiations.

3. Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead, mentor, and track the daily performance of the collections team.

Allocate accounts efficiently and foster a target-driven work culture.

4. Process Optimization & Data Analysis Analyze collection metrics, aging schedules, and recovery trends using advanced MS Excel.

Streamline operations workflows and introduce process improvements to minimize operational friction.

Prepare regular reports and insights for the Credit Head and General Manager.

Requirements & Eligibility

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Business Administration / Finance preferred).

Experience: 5 to 8+ years of proven track record in B2B Collections / Debt Recovery Operations.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools.

Key Attributes: Strong negotiation skills, client-handling capabilities, leadership mindset, and a target-driven approach.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
