Role & responsibilities

- Kiln Parameter to be maintained on desired level to achieve LOI.

- Plan, organize and direct for overall operations and maintenance activity of the Lime Plant to achieve the optimum

efficiencies.

- To ensure the production of Calcined Lime &
- Calcined Dolo with the basis demand of SMS to achieve annual business

plan of Angul.

- Ensure availability of Lime stone &
- Dolo stone in hopper to avoid Kiln stoppage.

- Ensure timely empty out of fines bins to avoid Kiln stoppage.

- Ensure cost of calcined line & calcined dolo with in Target Limit.

- To play a key role for establishment of safety, training, development, and emergency response policies.

- Develop and drive for continuous improvement initiatives.

- Regular communication with team members Mechanical and E &

- I Team about plant performance expectations.

- Ensure implementation of DSS Safety system &

- PTW System at LDP

- Implementation of IMS &

- TPM Methodology in LDP

- Maintain all Bag filter healthy & running condition.

- Maintain housekeeping of entire LDP.

- Kiln over all OEE to be increase by reducing breakdown & increase availability of equipment
