About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to oversee the overall operations of our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) business, ensuring smooth plant functioning, efficient production, quality control and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations of RMC plants.
- Plan and monitor production as per customer requirements.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of concrete to project sites.
- Coordinate with Sales, Quality Control, Procurement and Logistics teams.
- Monitor quality standards, raw material consumption and production efficiency.
- Ensure proper maintenance of batching plants,



transit mixers and other equipment.
- Control operational costs, fuel consumption and material wastage.
- Manage plant staff, drivers, operators and other operational teams.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare regular MIS reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good knowledge of RMC plant operations and production.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Good planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Focus on quality and operational efficiency.

Preferred Experience Candidates with hands-on experience in managing RMC plant operations, production, dispatch and logistics will be preferred. Experience handling multiple plants will be an added advantage.
