We are looking for a proactive and organised professional to oversee marketing operations at SimBal Studios, ensuring that work across teams is being executed efficiently, timelines are being met, and internal processes run smoothly.

The role will involve monitoring team performance, identifying operational gaps and bottlenecks, improving workflows, and supporting business development through client acquisition and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Team Management

- Oversee day-to-day operations across marketing, design, content, performance marketing, SEO and video production teams.
- Ensure all client deliverables are being executed as per agreed timelines, quality standards and internal processes.
- Monitor project progress, team productivity, task allocation and overall execution.
- Conduct regular operational audits to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, delays and gaps in workflow.
- Coordinate with team leads and account managers to ensure smooth execution across departments.
- Establish and improve internal processes, reporting systems and accountability frameworks.
- Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and management.

Business Development & Growth

- Identify and explore new business opportunities across relevant industries.
- Generate leads, conduct outreach and build relationships with prospective clients.




- Participate in client meetings, pitch presentations and business discussions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable proposals.
- Follow up with prospective clients and manage the business development pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support retention and recurring business.
- Contribute to SimBal Studios’ overall growth strategy and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in marketing operations, agency operations, project management or business development.
- Solid organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems and take ownership of solutions.
- Understanding of digital marketing, creative production and agency workflows.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented workplace.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both managing operations and building business opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
