JOB SUMMARY The Operations Executive is entrusted with overseeing and driving the organization's strategic initiatives while efficiently managing its day-to-day operations . This role involves developing and executing comprehensive strategies that shape the direction and growth of the business, with a special focus on strategic planning and business development activities tailored to a new venture.

The Operations Executive collaborates closely with founder to identify emerging opportunities, evaluate new markets, and implement systems and processes that support operational excellence. Additionally, this individual is responsible for ensuring that operational goals align with the long-term vision of the organisation, optimising resources, and fostering cross-functional teamwork to achieve targeted outcomes for the new venture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

- Drive innovative strategic initiatives to unlock new opportunities for business development and accelerate organisational growth .
- Oversee and optimise day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution, operational excellence, and sustained business performance.
- Lead high-performing teams with vision and purpose ,



empowering them to reach ambitious goals and championing a culture of excellence to propel the business forward.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards throughout all operations.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and business growth.
- Prepare and manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation for maximum profitability.

Qualification

- 1-2 years of experience in Retail Operations , demonstrating a solid understanding of day-to-day store management and customer service standards.
- Academic background with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration , equipping you with strong analytical, strategic, and management skills.
- Proven experience working in startup operations or small Food & Beverage (F&B;) businesses , showcasing adaptability, hands-on problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of fast-paced, growth-oriented

Must Have

- Strong expertise in Operations Execution , with a proven ability to manage efficiently and optimise daily processes for consistent results.
- Demonstrated capability to initiate and implement new strategic initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel or relocate as required to support business needs, ensure operational excellence, and lead new projects across different locations.
