SoftSync Lab is looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers who want to start their careers in a growing technology startup.

We are hiring across the following areas:

1. Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day business operations
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients
- Maintain reports, trackers and documentation
- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups
- Identify opportunities to improve processes
- Work with Excel/Google Sheets and business tools

Good to have:

- Good communication skills
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn

1. Business Development / Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential customers
- Make outbound calls and communicate with prospects
- Generate and qualify leads
- Follow up with prospects through phone, email and WhatsApp
- Schedule product demos and meetings
- Maintain lead and sales records in CRM
- Support the sales team in achieving targets

Good to have:

- Good verbal and written communication
- Confidence while speaking with customers
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in technology/SaaS sales

1. HR / HR Operations Executive

Responsibilities:





- Assist with recruitment and candidate screening
- Coordinate interviews
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding
- Support attendance and HR operations
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related activities

Good to have:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Good organizational skills
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage
