Operations & AMC Co-Ordinator Company: Radiant Safety Systems Job Location: New Delhi, Delhi, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3 - 6 years Salary: 18K25K a month We are looking for an organized Operations & AMC Coordinator to manage customer service requests, maintain our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) schedules, track material dispatches, and coordinate field technician visits.

Key Responsibilities: AMC Management: Maintain the master AMC tracker and schedule technician visits 3060 days before contract due dates.

Customer Support Desk: Act as the primary contact for client breakdown calls, complaints, and service queries.

Logistics Tracking:



Coordinate with suppliers and transport partners to ensure material supply reaches project sites on time.

Service Reports: Send completed site visit reports, AMC compliance sheets, and renewal proposals to clients.

Requirements: 3 to 6 years of experience in service desk or operations coordination (preferably in MEP, Fire Safety, or Industrial Equipment). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong command of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
