Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the CNC machine shop specializing in Ni-hard metal components.

- Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Lead and mentor a team of machinists, supervisors, and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.

- Implement process improvements to optimize productivity, reduce downtime, and enhance cost-effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

- Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical challenges.

- Manage resource allocation, inventory control, and preventive maintenance schedules.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in machining processes and workforce development.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- 15+ years of experience in machine shop operations, with a solid background in CNC machining.

- Hands-on expertise in machining Ni-hard metal and other hard alloys.

- Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations.

- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and quality control systems.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma practices.

- Ability to handle high-pressure production environments.

- Strong analytical mindset with focus on operational efficiency.
