Candidate Profile

- Age preferably up to 35 years, with a good educational background.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in trading, distribution, electricals, electronics, or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of backend operations, including order processing, billing, dispatches, delivery coordination, inventory management, and timely procurement from vendors.
- Good communication, team management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and vendors, manage priorities, and execute instructions from the founders.
- Should be proactive, organised, responsible, and capable of independently managing day-to-day operations.

Role Overview The person will be responsible for managing the complete backend operations of our LED lighting business,



ensuring smooth coordination between sales, accounts, warehouse, logistics, and vendors. The role will involve working closely with the founders to establish efficient processes and build a skilled operational system as the business grows.

A lighting sales background is not essential. We are looking for a capable operations professional who can take ownership, lead a team, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Compensation: Open to negotiation based on the candidate's experience, capability, and industry standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
