Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS.
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance, PF, and ESIC processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee data.

Key Responsibilities 1. HR Operations

- Manage daily HR administrative activities.
- Maintain and update employee databases and personnel files.
- Handle employee joining, confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities.
- Ensure proper documentation of HR processes.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support recruitment and selection activities.
- Manage joining formalities and employee induction.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

3. Employee Engagement

- Address routine employee queries and concerns.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.

Support employee communication and welfare initiatives. 4. Exit Management

- Coordinate employee resignation and clearance processes.
- Conduct exit formalities and maintain exit records.

Coordinate full and final settlement documentation. 5. HR Compliance & Documentation

- Maintain HR policies, registers, and statutory records.
- Support PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance activities, as applicable.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee documentation.
- Assist during internal and statutory audits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
