- Catering Logistics:

Coordinate end-to-end event schedules, site visits, setup, and teardown of banquet and off-site catering operations.

- Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) &

- Documentation:

Create, update, and distribute BEOs, floor plans, group resumes, and post-event reports to kitchen, service, and décor teams.

- Vendor &

- Sourcing Management:

Coordinate with external and internal vendors for raw materials, equipment rentals, décor, and staffing.

- Client &

- F&B; Coordination:

Liaise directly with clients on menu selections, special requests, and site inspections while collaborating with culinary and F&B; teams.

- Quality &

- Safety Control:

Ensure adherence to food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and service timelines during live events.

- On-Ground Troubleshooting: Manage live event flow, supervise service staff/freelancers, and resolve last-minute challenges on site.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
