Role Description The Operation Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thiruvananthapuram. The person in this role will oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory monitoring, stock replenishment, and coordination with the distribution center and warehouse teams.

Responsibilities include tracking operational performance, analyzing sales and process data, supporting adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures, and assisting with execution of promotions and merchandising plans.



The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer service, efficient backend processes, and timely resolution of operational issues.

The Operation

Executive will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance store efficiency and overall productivity.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day retail processes and workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work effectively with store teams, suppliers, and management.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in retail, FMCG, or large-format store operations, with knowledge of inventory control and basic merchandising.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP or POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, attention to detail, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
