We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to manage and streamline our pest control service operations. The role involves service scheduling, manpower planning, coordination with field teams and clients, and ensuring timely execution of services across multiple locations through our ERP system.

The ideal candidate should have strong operational coordination skills, experience in managing field teams and the ability to handle multiple locations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate daily, weekly and monthly pest control services across multiple client locations.
- Plan and allocate manpower, including operators and supervisors, based on site requirements and availability.
- Coordinate with area managers, regional managers, supervisors and operators to ensure timely service execution.
- Follow up with clients regarding service schedules, confirmations, feedback and complaints.
- Monitor scheduled versus completed services and ensure no services are missed or delayed.
- Handle operational challenges such as manpower shortages, absenteeism and scheduling conflicts.
- Manage service scheduling,



manpower deployment and service tracking through the company's ERP system.
- Ensure timely updating of service records, completion reports and operational activities in the ERP.
- Prepare daily reports on scheduled, completed, pending and missed services.
- Identify operational gaps and implement measures to improve service delivery and manpower utilisation.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in operations coordination, cluster management, area operations or field operations.
- Experience in handling multiple locations and coordinating field teams.
- Strong knowledge of manpower planning, scheduling and operational execution.
- Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Robust problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership of daily operations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
