Operating Associate - SCM

Location

Supa - Ahilyanagar

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Oracle system.
- Ensure timely receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment activities to avoid production shortages.
- Conduct cycle counting and support physical inventory audits.

Material Receipt & Dispatch

- Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders, Challans, and GRNs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, production, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
- Ensure proper documentation for receipts, transfers, and dispatches.

System Transactions





- Perform GRN, material issue, stock transfer, and inventory adjustments in Oracle/ERP.
- Ensure all store transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain BOM and material master-related coordination with concerned departments.

Warehouse Operations

- Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and 5S standards.
- Ensure material identification and traceability.

Production Support

- Ensure uninterrupted material availability to production lines.
- Monitor shortages and escalate critical issues.
- Coordinate with planning, purchase, and production teams to meet customer commitments.
