:

Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience in D365 CE, Field Service, Dataverse, JavaScript, C# plug-ins, Power Automate, and REST APIs. The candidate should have a good understanding of Field Service processes, including work orders, resource scheduling, bookings, and service management, along with exposure to other CRM modules such as Sales and Customer Service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Configure D365 tables, forms, views, relationships, business rules, and business process flows.
2. Configure and customize D365 Field Service functionalities, including work orders, bookings, incident types, service tasks, and resource scheduling.
3. Develop JavaScript customizations, web resources, and C# plug-ins.
4. Build Power Automate flows and workflows to automate business processes and notifications.
5. Develop REST API integrations and troubleshoot integration issues.
6. Configure Dataverse security roles, teams, and access permissions.
7. Work on additional CRM modules,



including Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, based on business requirements.
8. Manage solutions and deployments across development, UAT, and production environments using Azure DevOps.
9. Support unit testing, SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and technical documentation.
