Graduate/Postgraduate in Retail Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage end-to-end store operations, drive sales performance, lead the store team, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have experience managing premium retail stores, preferably in the sportswear or sports lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and overall business performance.
- Monitor store profitability, expenses, and P&L; performance.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, merchandising, and stock accuracy.
- Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and operational MIS.
- Plan and execute sales activities to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, store processes, and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve store performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth store operations.





Preferred Industry Background: Priority will be given to candidates from sportswear, sports lifestyle, and international sports footwear brands, such as:

- Nike

- Adidas

- Puma

- Skechers

- Reebok

Candidates from Royal Enfield may also be considered if they have relevant experience in premium retail operations, sales, team management, and customer experience. Not Preferred : Candidates from apparel-only brands and Indian footwear brands.

Relevant experience in sportswear, sports lifestyle, or international sports footwear brands will be a robust advantage.
