ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

Crossing Infotech is inviting applications from nursing students and qualified healthcare professionals for the position of Staff Nurse Intern. This internship focuses on healthcare documentation, nursing administration, patient care protocols, and clinical record management. Interns will gain knowledge of nursing workflows and healthcare standards through supervised learning activities conducted remotely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in reviewing sample nursing records and clinical documentation.
- Learn standard nursing procedures and patient care protocols.
- Study infection prevention and healthcare safety guidelines.
- Support the preparation of nursing-related reports and documentation.
- Understand patient monitoring records and nursing observation charts.
- Research healthcare practices and nursing standards.
- Assist with organizing digital healthcare records.
- Participate in guided learning activities related to nursing administration.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good understanding of basic nursing concepts.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication.

- Willingness to learn healthcare standards and nursing procedures.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidates pursuing or holding GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing qualifications.
- Relevant nursing registration, where applicable to the candidate's qualification and role.
- Basic knowledge of nursing documentation and patient care standards.
- Fresh nursing graduates are encouraged to apply.
