Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum1 year of relevant experience in architectural design and documentation.
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution is mandatory. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- Excellent command of AutoCAD,
with the ability to independently prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings.
- Strong experience in preparing working drawings, construction drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
- Positive understanding of construction materials, building systems, architectural detailing, and construction practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of drawing quality and accuracy.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects will be preferred.
