ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

Crossing Infotech is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join as Business Development Interns. This internship provides an opportunity to learn client acquisition, lead generation, market research, sales coordination, and business relationship management. Interns will gain practical exposure to business development activities and professional client communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in generating leads through online platforms and business directories.
- Contact prospective clients through professional calls, emails, and messages.
- Understand client requirements and share relevant company information.
- Maintain lead databases and update CRM records.
- Follow up with prospective clients and track communication status.
- Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
- Support market research and competitor analysis activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in interacting with prospective clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Interest in sales,



marketing, and business development.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn.
- Ability to organize leads and manage follow-ups.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Students or graduates from BBA, MBA, B.Com, Marketing, or related fields.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes is beneficial.
- Previous experience in sales or client coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers interested in business development and client acquisition are welcome.
