We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Online Sales Executive to manage customer communication, generate online sales and handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram and phone calls.
- Job ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and phone calls.
- Handle customer enquiries about products, prices, sizes, fabrics and availability.
- Respond to customer messages and calls professionally and politely.
- Convert customer enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain good customer relationships.
- Share product photos, videos, recent collections and offers with customers.
- Coordinate with the shop team for order confirmation, packing and dispatch.
- Maintain daily records of customer enquiries and orders.
- Help grow online sales through Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Gujarati communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable speaking with customers over calls and messages.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Good typing and message-writing skills.
