We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Onboarding Officer in Pune. The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, an interest in sales, and the ability to engage with potential customers and convert leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle customer interactions professionally.
- Explain financial advisory products and services to prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and convert potential customers into clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales and conversion targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Positive verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Interest in sales, customer engagement, and client relationship management.
- Ability to handle outbound calling and follow-ups effectively.
- Candidates must be 35 years of age or younger.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
