Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and guide them in using suitable software solutions through AnyDesk, UltraViewer, Google Meet, or on-site visits.

- Assist in software setup, configuration, and implementation as per customer requirements.

- Understand basic business processes related to HRMS, ERP, and textile industry software.

- Provide basic software training and help customers resolve their queries.

- Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth onboarding and a good implementation experience.

- Visit client locations whenever required to understand their concerns, resolve basic issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati,



with basic working knowledge of English.

- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new software.

- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel for client visits whenever required.

- Basic understanding of HRMS, ERP, or textile software is an added advantage.

Experience

- 0–1 year of experience.

- Freshers are welcome.

- Candidates should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
