We are seeking an experienced Workday Advanced Compensation Expert with robust hands-on expertise in Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Compensation Statement configuration using Workday Docs for Layout.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, configuring, and customizing compensation statements using Workday Docs for Layout, along with a deep understanding of Workday's Core and Advanced Compensation modules.

- Compensation Statement Configuration and Development
- Hands-on experience building Compensation Statements using Workday Docs for Layout
- Strong understanding of compensation plans, eligibility rules, guidelines, and compensation processes.
- Experience with compensation statement design, formatting, and customization.
