Key Responsibilities

- Orders: Process quotations, sales orders and invoices in Odoo or Zoho
- Inventory: Maintain accurate stock records in Zoho (serial/batch numbers, Sales stock, demo and loan sets)
- Analytics & purchasing: Prepare Sales & Stock report, purchase projections, and POs to European principals.
- Commercial support: Prepare quotations, tender documents and price lists; keep contract and tender records; handle hospital purchase and stores queries.
- Payment follow-up:



Track receivables, send invoices and proofs to hospital accounts teams, follow up on dues and reconcile payments.

Requirements:

- Graduate in Commerce or Business Administration; Experience 4-7 years in back-office or sales support, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho and/or Odoo; strong Excel skills; working knowledge of GST, e-way bills and import documents
- Excellent written English, follow-up discipline with hospitals, and the tact to chase payments courteously.
