Job Overview

Binhadi BPO Services & Trading Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Odoo Functional Specialist to manage and support our existing Odoo ERP system. The selected candidate will assist users across departments, troubleshoot functional issues, maintain system configurations, and help ensure smooth business operations through effective use of Odoo.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Odoo ERP, particularly in Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Accounting modules, along with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day functional support to users across different departments.
- Troubleshoot Odoo issues and resolve user queries related to workflows and transactions.
- Support Sales operations, including quotations, sales orders, customer records, and invoicing.
- Manage Purchase operations, including purchase orders, vendor records, receipts, and vendor bills.
- Support Inventory operations, including stock movements, deliveries, internal transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments.
- Assist with Accounting and Invoicing, including customer invoices, vendor bills, payments, and credit notes.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, permissions, and approved system configurations.
- Assist with data imports, exports, corrections, and master data maintenance.
- Coordinate with the Odoo technical support team or service provider to resolve complex issues.
- Guide employees on the proper use of Odoo modules and business processes.
- Document issues,



resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Test system updates, configurations, and fixes before implementation, where applicable.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to system efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of practical experience in Odoo functional support, ERP administration, or functional consulting.
- Valuable working knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and business workflows.
- Strong understanding of Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Accounting modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and assist users effectively.
- Knowledge of user management, access rights, and system configuration.
- Good analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with internal departments and external service providers.
- Willingness to work on-site at our corporate office in Vengoor, Perinthalmanna, Kerala.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Odoo versions 16, 17, or 18.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with Odoo.sh and staging environments.
- Knowledge of multi-company and multi-branch configurations.
- Understanding of inventory valuation and accounting integration.
- Experience with ERP testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), or system upgrades.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia localization and ZATCA e-invoicing will be an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000, depending on experience and skills.
