Role & responsibilities

- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluate children's developmental and functional abilities.

- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.

- Provide sensory integration therapy and activities to improve sensory processing.

- Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay (GDD) and other developmental conditions.

- Improve fine motor skills, gross motor coordination, hand-eye coordination and motor planning.

- Develop activities to improve handwriting, self-care and activities of daily living (ADL).

- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate therapy records and documentation.

- Educate and guide parents/caregivers on home-based therapeutic activities.

- Collaborate with physiotherapists, speech therapists, special educators and other healthcare professionals.

- Maintain a child-friendly,



safe and positive therapeutic environment.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy and child development.

- Basic understanding of sensory integration approaches.

- Valuable clinical observation, assessment and treatment-planning skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, empathy and a child-centred approach.

- Ability to work independently an d as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred candidate profile

- BOT / MOT qualification from a recognized institution.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Relevant pediatric clinical experience will be an added advantage.

- Candidates with a genuine interest in pediatric rehabilitation are encouraged to apply.
