Role Summary
We are seeking a Consultant with strong hands-on experience in enterprise observability platforms, DevOps automation, and cloud infrastructure, coupled with exposure to Agentic AI Ops for intelligent, autonomous incident management. This role sits at the intersection of platform reliability engineering and next-generation AI-driven operations, supporting large-scale digital commerce and enterprise programs.
Mandatory Skills Observability & APM (Must Have)
Hands-on setup, configuration, and monitoring using AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and New Relic (all three required)
Experience building dashboards, alerting policies, SLO/SLI definitions, and synthetic/real user monitoring
Root cause analysis (RCA) using distributed tracing, log correlation, and application topology mapping
- Familiarity with the broader observability stack: ELK/EFK, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk (good to have)
DevOps (Must Have)
CI/CD pipeline design and management (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI)
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
Configuration management: Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE)
Cloud (Must Have - any one, multiple preferred)
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (compute, networking, storage, IAM, cost/performance monitoring)
Cloud-native monitoring integration (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Operations Suite) alongside third-party APM tools
Understanding of cloud security, scalability, and resiliency patterns
Agentic AI Ops (Must Have)
Practical exposure to AI-driven, autonomous operations: anomaly detection, auto-remediation, predictive alerting, and self-healing systems
Experience with or robust conceptual understanding of AI agents/agentic frameworks applied to IT Ops (e.g., AIOps engines within Dynatrace Davis AI, AppDynamics Cognition Engine,
New Relic AI, or custom LLM-based ops agents)
Ability to design or integrate agentic workflows that reduce manual triage, correlate multi-tool telemetry, and recommend/execute remediation actions
Good to Have
Scripting: Python, Shell, or PowerShell for automation and tool integration
Developer experience building or coding Agentic AI use cases hands-on with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel) or LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI) to build custom ops agents such as auto-triage bots, log-summarization agents, or remediation-recommendation agents
Experience integrating agentic workflows with observability tool APIs (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic) to pull telemetry, trigger actions, or feed context to LLMs for RCA and auto-remediation
Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool-calling/function-calling patterns, and orchestrating multi-step agent workflows
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) for incident/problem workflows
Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience
Exposure to commerce/retail or other high-transaction-volume enterprise environments
Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Associate or Professional level, Dynatrace/AppDynamics/New Relic certifications
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end observability implementation across AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and New Relic for enterprise applications
Architect and drive DevOps automation and cloud infrastructure practices across delivery pods
Evaluate and implement Agentic AI Ops capabilities to reduce MTTR and manual intervention
Act as a technical escalation point for observability and platform reliability issues
Collaborate with delivery leads, SREs, and client stakeholders to define monitoring strategy, SLAs, and automation roadmaps
Mentor junior engineers on tool usage, best practices, and troubleshooting methodologies...
