Urgent Hiring – Nursing Superintendent

Sri Singhvi Health Centre, Chennai is looking for a knowledgeable, experienced and responsible Nursing Superintendent to manage overall nursing operations, supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5–8 years of nursing experience.
- B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing qualification.
- Strong practical knowledge of OT, ICU and Emergency Care.
- Good knowledge of overall hospital nursing operations.
- Previous Nursing Superintendent / Nursing In-charge experience preferred.
- Good leadership and staff management skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Flexible to handle emergency situations and operational responsibilities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise overall nursing department operations.
- Monitor OT, ICU, Emergency and ward nursing activities.
- Prepare and monitor nursing staff duty rosters.
- Ensure proper patient care and nursing procedures.




- Supervise nursing staff and monitor their performance.
- Ensure proper nursing documentation and records.
- Monitor infection control and patient safety practices.
- Implement nursing protocols and hospital SOPs.
- Coordinate with doctors and other department heads.
- Handle nursing staff issues and operational challenges.
- Conduct staff training and performance monitoring.
- Ensure adequate nursing manpower across all departments.

Qualification:

- B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.

Shift:

- Rotational Shifts.
- Must be flexible with hospital operational requirements.
