We are looking for a motivated, energetic and self-driven Nursing Supervisor to lead and support our nursing and caregiving teams, ensuring quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of nurses and caregivers.
- Monitor the quality of patient care and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
- Coordinate nursing schedules, shift activities and patient care assignments.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve staff performance and patient care delivery.
- Monitor patients' health conditions and ensure timely reporting of changes or complications.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing reports and clinical documentation.
- Guide and support nurses in performing clinical procedures and nursing responsibilities.
- Coordinate patient care plans and ensure effective communication among healthcare teams.
- Promote patient satisfaction and maintain professional relationships with staff, patients and families.
- Ensure effective utilization of resources and adherence to organizational protocols.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM.
Eligibility Requirements
- Valid Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council Registration Certificate.
- Valid Indian Driving Licence.
- Minimum 8 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Good communication, leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in supervising nursing staff will be an added advantage.
