Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver nursing education programs, training sessions, and workshops

Teach clinical skills, patient care procedures, and nursing best practices

Evaluate learner performance through assessments, observations, and feedback

Create lesson plans, instructional materials, and competency evaluations

Mentor and support nursing staff, students, and newly hired nurses

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and policies

Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify training needs

Maintain accurate educational records and reports

Stay updated on current nursing practices, technologies, and evidence-based care

Participate in curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives .





Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing or MSc Nursing Freshers with relevant experience - both are preferred.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

Clinical nursing experience.

Teaching or training experience preferred

Solid communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Experience Required: 3-4 Years
