Experience: 5-6 Years preferred from Mumbai

Qualification: B.E & Project Management Qualified (PMP)

Target Companies: Automotive Industries

*Location: Village Pelhar, Nallasopara (East), palghar.

CTC: 50K-60K

Job Responsibilities:

 Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to completion within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

 Develop project schedules, milestones, resource plans,

and monitor progress against approved targets.

 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project activities and deliverables.

 Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding project requirements, progress,

and issues.

 Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

 Monitor project costs, resource utilization, and budget adherence.

 Conduct project review meetings and maintain project status reports, trackers, and documentation.

 Ensure timely completion of project milestones,





validation activities, approvals, and final handover.

 Manage changes in project scope, specifications,

timelines, and customer requirements.

 Drive continuous improvement in project execution,

process efficiency, and delivery performance.

Skills and Key Requirements:

 Strong project planning, execution, and monitoring skills.

 Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-

making abilities.

 Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, or equivalent project management tools.

 Knowledge of project management methodologies,

risk management, and resource planning.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

 Strong reporting, documentation, and presentation skills.

 Knowledge of quality management systems and product development processes.

 Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.

 Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and team management skills.
