Lead and manage lithium-ion cell development projects while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities at this Role

- Research raw material costs, lithium-ion cell pricing and market trends.
- Identify and evaluate cell manufacturers and models against technical and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate cell inspections, supplier audits, external testing and failure analysis.
- Manage cell development projects, battery outsourcing activities and monthly market research reports.

Skill: The Expertise RequiredMust-Haves for this Role
- 2-4years of experience in lithium-ion cell or battery development.
- Hands-on experience in lithium-ion cell purchase, procurement or sourcing.
- Experience in cell manufacturer identification, supplier evaluation and commercial assessment.
- Knowledge of Li-ion cell chemistry, formats, production processes, testing and quality evaluation.

Extra Information
- Experience in automotive / EV industry, global and Indian cell testing standards, supplier audits and cell failure analysis.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite or IcSoft ERP and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal English communication, with effective supplier and internal stakeholder coordination.
- Proactive approach with strong analytical, problem-solving and intercultural skills.
