Social Media Customer Support Associate: E-commerce Giant

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly articulate and result-oriented Customer Support Associate to join our energetic BPO operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving user queries efficiently, and maintaining high-performance standards for social media escalation. This role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in the BPO sector, excellent communication skills, and robust typing capabilities.

Key Requirements & Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of continuous BPO experience is mandatory.
- Language Proficiency: Must possess an advanced Versant Level 5 certification
- Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Demographic & Education Targets: Candidates must align with our operational workforce balance targets:
- Educational Ratio: Graduate / Undergraduate.

Candidates must successfully clear a multi-stage evaluation process to qualify for the role:
1. HR Screening

2. Typing Test

3. Psychometric / Aptitude Test

Versant Level 5 Test

5. Operations/Training Round

Work Nature & Logistics

- Operating Model: Completely Work from Office (WFO).
- Shift Timings: 24/7 rotational shifts with 1 rotational week-off.
- Transportation: No standard company transportation provided. Cab facilities will be provided exclusively during odd hours (night shift)

Good in English and Hindi

Rotational Off 1 week off weekly
