Skills required

- Strong verbal communication
- Basic excel skills
- Listening and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi (mandatory) and a local language (Tamil)

Suitable industries/ field: BPO and Customer service

1. Call leads on a daily basis (qualified leads will be provided)

- The company will provide a list of interested candidates (leads).
- You need to call these candidates every day.




- Explain the company's franchise business prospect.
- Share basic details such as investment, business model, franchise benefits and requirements.
- Understand whether the candidate is genuinely interested in taking a franchise.

1. Follow up with the leads

- Call interested candidates again to check their decision.
- Clarify their doubts regarding the franchise opportunity.
- Share additional information through WhatsApp or email.
- Schedule meetings with the sales or franchise team.
- Regularly follow up until the candidate makes a decision
