Job Title: Network Security Technical Support Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Network Security Technical Support team.
- Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex network security issues.
- Manage firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, and other network security-related incidents.
- Monitor ticketing systems, incident queues, SLAs, and service delivery.
- Handle critical escalations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate with network, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor teams.
- Drive incident management, problem management, and escalation processes.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.
- Ensure effective team performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- 12+ years of experience in Network Security / Technical Support / IT Infrastructure Support.




- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing and Switching.
- Hands-on knowledge of firewalls such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point or Cisco.
- Experience in VPN, IDS/IPS and network security technologies.
- Strong experience in technical troubleshooting and incident management.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy.
- Proven experience in escalation management and SLA management.
- Experience managing technical support teams and handling critical incidents.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar or Microsoft Sentinel.
- Understanding of cybersecurity operations and security incident response.
- Certifications such as CCNP Security, PCNSE, Fortinet NSE or equivalent.
