Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide network support to resolve technical issues related to firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Configure and manage firewalls for secure connectivity and traffic flow control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of outages and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues using various tools like ping, traceroute, and Wireshark.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as firmware upgrades, configuration backups, and log analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Network Administration or equivalent role.
- Robust knowledge of firewall configuration and management.
- Proficiency in configuring Cisco ASA firewalls for secure connectivity.
- Experience with router configuration on Cisco IOS devices.
