About the Role

We are seeking an experienced n8n Automation Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to build and maintain high-volume automated workflows and WhatsApp Business API integrations. You will connect core systems (CRMs, databases, APIs) to energetic messaging flows and chatbots.

Key Responsibilities

- n8n Workflow Development: Build, test, and optimize complex workflows in n8n (custom JS nodes, error handling, sub-workflows).
- WhatsApp Automation: Design interactive message flows, button menus, template triggers, and bot logic using Meta Cloud API or BSPs (Twilio, 360dialog, Wati).
- API & System Integrations: Connect n8n via REST/GraphQL APIs and webhooks to CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, GHL), databases (PostgreSQL, Supabase), and payment gateways.
- Data & Performance: Handle JSON data transformations, rate limits,



error logging, and pipeline uptime.

Requirements

- 3–5 years in automation, software integration, or backend development.
- 2+ years of direct, hands-on production experience with n8n.
- Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API architecture and Meta policies.
- Solid skills in JavaScript / Node.js (for n8n function nodes) and REST APIs / Webhooks.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.

Nice to Have

- Self-hosting n8n setup (Docker, VPS, Nginx).
- AI/LLM integration experience (OpenAI, Claude) within n8n workflows.
