About WTF

WTF (wtf.fitness) runs 60 premium gyms of its own across Delhi NCR plus ~200 partner gyms (WTF Powered) - ~270 gyms, 85,000+ members. A premium gym runs 16-18 hours a day: air-conditioning, lights, showers, water, music and 100+ machines have to work every hour. Facilities is how members feel the brand.

Not for desk or supervisor-only roles - you fix things with your own hands, every day.

What you do

- Daily checks and repairs across 2-4 WTF gyms: lights, wiring, MCB/DB panels, inverter/UPS, AC and ventilation, geysers, showers, taps, drains, washrooms, doors and locks.
- First-level fixes on gym machines (cables, pins, upholstery, treadmill belts) and log what needs the equipment vendor.




- Follow the preventive-maintenance checklist; close every ticket in the app with photos the same day.
- Be on call for urgent breakdowns in your cluster; support new gym set-ups and shifting.

Who fits

- ITI / Diploma (Electrical, AC/Refrigeration, Plumbing) or equal hands-on experience, 1-6 years.
- Background: hotel maintenance, mall/retail or office FM (JLL, CBRE, Sodexo, ISS), QSR or gym chains.
- Own two-wheeler preferred - you move between nearby gyms.

Work: Sector 9, Noida (head office) + regular visits to gyms across Delhi NCR • full time, on-site • 6 days • 21,000-31,000 a month + PF/ESIC.
